You may use RareScan for your personal, non-commercial purposes. The app is intended to help you search and review trading card information for your own use, and not for resale, redistribution, or any commercial exploitation.

Card data and pricing information are provided for reference only:

• Prices are estimates only
• Market values can change at any time
• We make no guarantee of accuracy or completeness

Card data, images, pricing, market values, and other information may originate from third-party sources. We do not guarantee their accuracy, completeness, or availability.

Card identification results are estimates and may not always be accurate. Users should independently verify card information before making purchasing or selling decisions.

If you subscribe to RareScan Pro:

• Monthly and yearly subscription options may be offered
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Billing is managed through Google Play
• You can cancel anytime through your Google Play account settings

• RareScan is an unofficial, fan-made application
• Pokémon and related trademarks belong to their respective owners

Pokémon is a registered trademark of The Pokémon Company. All trademarks, card names, set names, and related intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to:

• Abuse the service
• Scrape excessive data
• Reverse engineer the app

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to RareScan at any time for abuse, excessive automated usage, scraping, reverse engineering, or violations of these Terms.

We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or restrict usage that negatively impacts service availability.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, availability, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Software Sage LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the app.

• We are not liable for any investment or purchasing decisions you make based on the app
• Users are responsible for maintaining their own records. We are not responsible for loss of collection data, search history, or locally stored information

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of the app after changes are posted indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
